Here we are again at the auspicious time of the year that brings time to the front of our attention.

The end of the year helps us face the place in ourselves and our life, where old meets the new. It is the perfect time for reflection on where we are in our path; reassess who we are and what is the purpose we serve in our immediate as well as in a more global community. After all it is difficult to know where to go if you do not know where you are right now!

I encourage you to take the opportunity to look behind, without judgement, and acknowledge what is with courage and gratitude. Use this giving season to send a kind thought to every person who touched your path for easy or difficulty as they all contributed to the person you are right now. In this way, reflecting upon what is allow us to open our heart and clear the path in your mind and the world, toward fulfilment.

Then you are ready to make it happen. Set your goals, make vision board, share your dreams, pray your plea or meditate to keep you focused and alert to the opportunities for you to create the future you want. But do not forget to enjoy it all the way.
